Here is a brief overview of what we have to offer:

1) Design the BIG GAME exploratory session

In this series of conversations done in person and via web-meeting we seek to understand the game your organization is playing and teach your executive team how to “think game”.
The ideal group size for this session is the most influential 7-10 people.
If your organization has less than 10 people then invite everyone.
If your organization is 11-11,000 we can discuss with you the best way to orchestrate it so that all key people are part of the process.
The result of these collaborative sessions is a game for EVERYONE in the organization to play – a game that is customized for each of the unique “positions” on the team.

We will then set up a secure area on our web-based “social game platform” exclusive to the members of your organization where your people will share their experiences and result every day.

2) Play Two Win Coaching Method for managers

This is a 30-hour course that can be delivered in-person or via our revolutionary teleconference system OR our preferred hybrid model.  In this program your managers will learn and practice a powerful 9-step coaching method that can be applied to ANY level of manager-employee relationship.  The focus is learning how to help someone else play the game better.

We will study and practice together the essential mindset transformations needed to go from thinking like a manager to BEING a Coach for your team.  Your managers will also learn the transformative power of “Game Language”.

In this program your managers will earn 30 ICF (International Coach Federation) coach training hours that can be applied to an internationally recognized certification.

3) Basic Coaching Skills for managers

This is a 15-hour course that can be delivered in-person or via our revolutionary teleconference system OR our preferred hybrid model.  In this program your managers will learn 9 essential coaching skills (core coaching competencies) and how to apply them to any situation or conversation to produce results with a player.

In this program your managers will earn 15 ICF (International Coach Federation) coach training hours that can be applied to an internationally recognized certification.

4) Coaching Practicum for Managers

In this intense 5-hour session that can be delivered in-person or via our revolutionary teleconference system your managers will coach and be coached while observed by an ICF certified coach.  Each session will be debriefed and scored according to the 9 Coaching Skills.  These valuable debriefs help your managers see their current strengths and weaknesses as a coach so that they can keep improving.

In this program your managers will earn 4 ICF (International Coach Federation) coach training hours and one mentor coaching hour that can be applied to an internationally recognized certification.
We recommend that the coaching practicum are delivered periodically through out the engagement so that your managers can gauge their improvement over time.

5) Mentor Coaching for Managers

In this program that is typically delivered via our revolutionary teleconference system your managers will meet in a group of 10 or less with one of our certified coaches.  They will have a forum to share their coaching situations and challenges and receive coaching on their coaching.
