“In this deep-dive, we will create a brave space to have an open discussion around white supremacy, privilege, and what it means to be an anti-racist.”

It has been impossible to ignore the flood of information about police brutality and violence against Black people across the US.

The murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, and Ahmaud Arbery and so many more; the national response to their deaths, and the worldwide protests have opened up conversations about racism unlike any before.

If you have found yourself in a tailspin wondering where your place is, what you should do, or what is appropriate to say, you are not alone.

In this deep-dive, we will create a brave space to have an open discussion around white supremacy, privilege, and what it means to be an anti-racist.

And, as a coach, what can you do to hold space for your clients and the greater community?

As coaches, we are here to listen, sit in discomfort, and have the discussions most fear. Together, let us enter this space and practice so we can be powerful with our clients.
