Coaching SKILLS Practicum Observation
The Coaching SKILLS Practicum is a powerful part of the CoachVille experience. And a wonderful example of the power of playful co-creation… which is one of our guiding principles!
In the Coach Foundation you have the opportunity to observe the Coaching Practicum whenever we host one; which is OFTEN!
Then, when you upgrade to Level 1, you will participate in 4 Practicum as part of the coach mentoring process.
In the coaching practicum, 4 or 5 Coaches participate with one or the ICF Certified Coaches on our team
Over a 5-hour period there will be 4 or 5 coaching skills sessions. Each coach will be the player for one session, the coach for one session and provide the critique for one session. You will learn so much by observing your colleagues.
BIG CLUE: If you want to get REALLY good at something, watch other people do it!
It is moving to be a part of transformation as it happens.
You will learn about how to be a great player who shows up with a growth opportunity to explore… rather than a problem to complain about.
You will learn about coaching skills and how to co-create growth opportunities that lead to transformation.
You will learn about how to OBSERVE the essential SKILLS of a coaching relationship; AKA the ICF Core Competencies:
- Coaching Agreement,
- Cultivate Trust and Safety,
- Maintain Presence,
- Active Listening,
