In this program we GO DEEP into both being a masterful coach AND – and this may surprise you – being a masterful player.
To coach and a MASTERY LEVEL you need players who are also playing for mastery.
The process of this program is simple and profound.
We coach each other.
We record the sessions.
We transcribe the sessions and then we practice scoring ourselves and each other according the the ICF MCC BARS.
As a group we explore these recordings by playing segments and discussing what we hear together. As a group, we really bond.
WOW! This is a powerful way to grow as a coach and as a player.
