Coaches are challenged to create art!
In the I Love Coaching Game for August 2011 we will explore one of Thomas Leonard’s Evolutionary Progressions: From Idea to Expression to Art.

In the game YOU will be challenged to start with an idea and create “Art” in 26 days. AND share it with the team in some way. This will be fun.
Here are a few thoughts to get the conversations started:
Britannica Online defines art as “the use of skill and imagination in the creation of aesthetic objects, environments, or experiences that can be shared with others.”
I really like this definition as it opens up a lot of possibilities that are perfect for coaches because our purpose is to add value to the lives of others in a way that helps them play their game in life better. So creating environments and experiences are definitely applicable concepts.
So…
Is coaching a form of art?
Can coaches create Art that contributes to the coaching services we provide? How? In what formats?
As we move from the Industrial Age into the Inspiration Age more and more people have a desire to play with ideas and express them so are we coaching them in the “Art Game”?
I really like that idea.
