These virtual gatherings occur in a variety of formats that will inform, enlighten and inspire you while providing a powerful new “winning environment” for personal transformation!

Virtual Intensives : 4 hour virtual gathering where you CREATE something to transform your business game
.Example: “Big Game 2015″ where you transform your business activities into a game worth playing.
Deep Dives : 90-minute exploration of a Coach Approach Super Power followed by 30-minute Q&A
.Example: “The Bigger Why” where we explore how to use the Coaching Super Power “Share Your Purpose”
TED Talks : 90-minute exploration of a compelling TED Talk Video (like a 21st Century version of the “Book Club”)
.Example: “Start With Why” by Simon Sinek.  Share your views and learn how others are applying the principles of this provocative talk
Weekly Results Review : 30 minutes every Friday 12:30-1PM ET; Gather with your Human RACE team mates to evaluate your results and make a game plan for the next week
.Getting into a rhythm of playing for results and then reviewing what happened is simple and life changing.

Game Card: Earn points, badges and prizes by participating in conversations, taking actions and creating results in your real life and then sharing about what happened on an on-line “Game Card”.

IMPORTANT: There will be a lot going on at CoachVille each month.  You are invited to everything, but don’t feel like you need to do it all in order to participate!  Just pick the “game missions” and group calls that will most support you.

Bigger Why=Sell=Build Relationships
